The Buy Now feature lets you reserve your property and begin the purchase process right away. When you click “Buy Now” and submit your payment, you’re indicating your intent to purchase the property at the listed price—unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance.

You’ll have the choice to pay in full or finance the property under the terms shown on the site.

Once your payment is received, a member of the Wide Open Texas team will reach out via the email address connected to your PayPal account (or the one you provide at checkout). We’ll confirm whether you plan to pay in full or finance the property, and gather any personal information needed for closing.

From the time we reach out, you'll have 72 hours to complete the next step—either submitting your down payment and signing a contract for deed (if financing) or signing the purchase agreement (if paying in full). If those steps are not completed within 72 hours, the property will no longer be on hold, and your Buy Now payment will be forfeited.

Note: For properties not being financed (i.e., no contract for deed), a $500 earnest money deposit will be required at the time of signing the purchase agreement, unless otherwise specified.
