1. Select Your Property
Browse our available listings and choose the one that’s right for you. When you're ready, click the “Buy Now” button to secure it with a $49.95 processing fee. This fee is not additional—it will be applied toward the total purchase price. [More info here.]
2. Provide Your Information
After your payment, we’ll send an email requesting a few details: your contact info, confirmation of the property you’ve chosen, and whether you’re financing or paying in cash. Respond as soon as you can so we can prepare the paperwork.
3. Sign the Purchase Agreement
We’ll send over a purchase agreement for your review. Once you’ve looked it over, sign and return it along with any required earnest money to officially start the closing process.
4. Schedule Closing
We'll coordinate the closing date and provide all the necessary information. Closings can be completed remotely or in person, depending on your preference. We typically handle closings in-house, but if you’d prefer to use a title company, we’re happy to work with them at your expense.
5. Finalize Your Purchase
At closing, you’ll sign the final documents and pay the remaining balance. Once everything is complete, the title is officially transferred to your name.

4. Enjoy Your Property
Once we’ve received your signed contract and down payment, we’ll provide you with the documents needed to record the agreement—and the property is yours to start enjoying! You don’t need to wait until it’s fully paid off to begin using the land.
5. Title Transferred Upon Payoff
